Usage Instructions: The ratio of water to tapioca pearls is 10:1. After the water boils, pour in the tapioca pearls evenly while stirring. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it simmer (covered) for another 25-30 minutes. Remove, rinse with room temperature water until cooled, and finally add molasses and stir evenly.
